The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) building in the Noshki district of Balochistan was damaged in a grenade attack on Tuesday, as reported by the police.

The City Station House Officer (SHO), Ali Ahmed Bugti, confirmed that two unknown individuals on a motorbike threw a grenade at the building, resulting in an explosion. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, but the building was damaged.

The police have gathered evidence from the site and searched for the suspects.

This incident follows a similar bombing last week that killed a senior police officer from the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) police station in Khuzdar. The roadside bomb detonated as Inspector Sharbat Khan’s vehicle reached Khuzdar Medical College on the Quetta-Karachi Highway en route to the police station, resulting in his death. The explosion destroyed Khan’s vehicle, and he died on the spot.

Last month, an explosive was thrown at the Shaikhan police post in Peshawar by unidentified individuals, resulting in partial damage to the post’s wall. A case was filed against the unknown attackers following the incident.
