Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the “Plan D” of the federal government is to develop Pakistan.
PM Nawaz, while inaugurating the overlay and modernization of Islamabad-Lahore Motorway (M-2) at a ceremony in Chakwal, said that there a time of prosperity will come.
Nawaz said that one day the power crisis end and power rates will be less. He added that the federal government reduced inflation and unemployment whereas the rupee and economy was strengthened. He added that the government will try to set up economic and free trade-zones.
The prime minister further said that the development projects would have been completed long ago if their governments would not have been overthrown.
The premier claimed that new projects have to be made and the old projects have to be taken care of.
He added that a six lane motorway was constructed for the first time in Pakistan’s history and that the completion of the project in 1.5 years is a big deal.
Nawaz claimed that the motorway was completed by the government without any loans or grants.
