Goldy Brar, the alleged mastermind behind the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, was reportedly killed in a shooting in the United States.
Indian News18 confirmed the incident occurred around 5:25 PM local time on Tuesday at Fairmont and Holt Avenue.
Reports indicate that unidentified gunmen ambushed Brar and an associate outside his residence in the U.S. The assailants fired shots and fled the scene. Both victims were rushed to a hospital, where Brar succumbed to his injuries.
Arsh Dalla and Lakbhir, known adversaries of Brar, have claimed responsibility for the attack, pointing to a longstanding feud.
Goldy Brar, whose real name was Satinderjeet Brar, was infamous in criminal circles for violent and drug-related activities. He had openly confessed on social media to arranging the assassination of Sidhu Moosewala, displaying his boldness and disregard for consequences.
