Rawalpindi: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Friday left for Sri Lanka on a three-day visit.
During his visit, army chief will hold meetings with civil and military leadership of the island nation.
General Sharif was originally scheduled to visit Colombo on May 13, but he had to postpone his tour due to the deadly attack on a bus of Ismailis in Karachi.
