Galle: In the fourth-day of first test match Pakistani batsman Sarfraz Ahmed was dismissed on 96 as the green shirts went for lunch at 259/6 against Sri Lanka on Saturday.
Pakistan started the fourth day at 118/5 with Asad Shafiq and Sarfraz Ahmed batting at 14 and 15 runs respectively.
Sarfraz Ahmed scored his half century from 45 balls after scoring eight boundaries. However, he fell just four runs short from getting into triple figures as he was clean bowled by Dhammika Prasad.
On the other hand, Asad Shafiq made his half century from 139 balls which included two fours.
The green shirts are batting at 259/6 with Asad Shafiq and Wahab Riaz at the crease on 64 and eight runs respectively.
