A fourth individual, referred to as ‘Ms. Doe’ has come forward with allegations against hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Dating back to 2003, Ms. Doe accuses Combs and others in his circle of drugging and raping her. Notably, court documents include multiple photographs, with one showing the alleged victim on Combs’ lap at his NYC studio.
Ms Doe claims she was flown from Detroit to New York at the behest of Combs and his associates, including his longtime lieutenant Harve Pierre.
The accusation follows a similar claim by singer Cassie, which Combs settled with an undisclosed payment. Combs vehemently denied the accusations via his Instagram stories in response to the latest allegations, emphasizing his intent to protect his name, family, and truth against what he describes as character assassination for financial gain.
So far, Combs has faced four separate accusations, with only the first being settled. Adding to the controversy, rapper 50 Cent has publicly called out Diddy, even threatening action against his likeness.
Ms Doe’s lawsuit details a harrowing account of the alleged assault, claiming she was forced into sexual acts with Pierre and then taken to Diddy’s studio in New York, where the reported drugging and assault took place.
The court documents contain explicit details that illustrate the severity of the allegations. As the situation unfolds, Combs stands firm in his denial while facing increasing scrutiny and legal challenges.
