The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has formally sanctioned a collaborative venture between Fly Jinnah Services (Pvt) Ltd and Air Arabia Academy, LLC.

The collaboration led to the formation of Fly Jinnah T3 Flight Academy (Pvt) Ltd, which aims to be a leading institution providing extensive aviation training services in Pakistan.

The CCP approved the deal after a thorough pre-merger assessment, ensuring compliance with the 2016 Merger Control Regulations. Fly Jinnah, a prominent commercial airline, and the UAE-based Air Arabia Academy financially support this joint initiative.

The main goal of this partnership is to significantly enhance the quality and accessibility of aviation training throughout the country.

Furthermore, the CCP assured stakeholders that this international collaboration will not negatively affect the competitive landscape of the local aviation training sector. The establishment of the independent Fly Jinnah Aviation Training Institute is expected to greatly enhance the strength and capabilities of Pakistan’s aviation industry.
