Five persons were killed and 30 others were wounded in a road accident at Indus Highway.
According to rescue sources, a passenger coach overturned due to excess speeding near Dadu area of Aamri at Indus Highway due to which three passengers were killed on the spot and more than 30 others were wounded.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene after receiving information of the accident and started shifting the victims to a hospital. Two more injured passengers succumbed to their wounds as they were being rushed to the medical facility.
The condition of the injured persons is said to be out of danger.
