Five Four-Star Ranked Army Officials including DG ISI retire on Oct 1

Five Four-Star ranked senior officials of the Pakistan Army will retire in early October.

According to details, senior military officials reaching the age of retirement on October 1, include four corps commanders and the ISI Chief.

 These  five four-star ranked Generals include, Corps Commander Karachi Lt. Gen. Sajjad Ghani, Corps Commander Mangla Lt. Gen. Tariq Khan, Corps Commander Gujranwala Lt. Gen. Salim Nawaz, Corps Commander Peshawar Lt. Gen. Khalid Rabbani and the DG Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), Lt. Gen. Zaheerul Islam.

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif will promote five officials to three-star rank, in order to fill these vacancies.
