Former Additional Secretary of Election Commission Pakistan (ECP) Mohammad Afzal Khan revealed on Sunday that results in hundreds of constituencies was manipulated during general elections 2013.

Speaking in ARY News special transmission, hosted by Mubashir Lucman, Mohammad Afzal Khan endorsed PTI Chief Imran Khan’s claim of rigging in election held last year.

“There weren’t only 35 punctures rather there were more than hundred”, he added.

He said bogus voting was carried in all constituencies except with those having cameras installed like Islamabad adding that the people’s mandate was stolen in the elections.

Former Additional Secretary ECP informed that former Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry deployed returning officers (ROs) although it was not his domain. He said election commission is responsible for the deployment of ROs.

I don't think he was paid for this, it may be a self motivated move. May be he waited for the right moment

Jaffar Ali A criminal offense must be reported immediately otherwise hiding any crime till the right moment is not admisable by law but is an obstruction to justice. Now it is only a money making OPPORTUNITY and the right moment to do that but not justice.

How many people are now waiting for the RIGHT MOMENT to make MONEY. IK wasted all PTI FUNDS on MARCH, DHARNAS and late night MUJRAS. Wished he could have saved some for the 10 million IDPs

I agree with you. He should report it instantly and knowing all, he didn't report it to anyone. So can also be convicted as well
