At least one infant was killed while nine other members of a same family sustained injuries in a roof collapse incident at Lasbela after a powerful earthquake that jolted different parts of the country on Wednesday.
According to rescue officials, infant Taimina-ul-Ali Akbar was killed while the identified injured out of nine were Javeria, Shahzeb, Sakina, Hasina, Aans Mehmood Ali and Akbar Momin Rana.
The deceased and injured were shifted to local hospital.
Furthermore the teams have been dispatched to far flung areas of the province to assess reports of damage, the officials informed. (APP)
