Dubai South, a major urban development in Dubai, has partnered with Bahria Town (BT) Holding LLC to establish a new master-planned community near Al Maktoum International Airport in the Golf District. The project addresses the rising demand for premium residential and commercial spaces, enhancing the region’s luxury living options.

His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, CEO of BT Holding LLC Group, formalized the partnership. The signing ceremony also included Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, and Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town.

The development will feature villas, townhouses, and apartments supported by schools, healthcare centres, retail outlets, mosques, and entertainment venues. Additional amenities will include green spaces, water streams, a central park, dancing fountains, iconic monuments, and wide boulevards, creating a peaceful and luxurious environment.
