Professor Ibrahim, who is a member of Taliban-proposed negotiating team, said on Saturday that” delay in government’s response in peace talks process creates concern.”
While talking to media here, he said “the Taliban side is waiting for reply from the government”. Ibrahim further said that the government seemed in trouble and confusion.
He also said that no development has taken place so far in the peace talks process.
