Singer-songwriter d4vd (pronounced “David”) is known for hits like “Romantic Homicide” and “Here With Me.” He first rose to fame in 2021 by creating video montages for Fortnite. However, during his Coachella debut in 2025, he experienced an unfortunate incident while performing on the Gobi stage. While attempting a backflip, he landed hard on his back, leaving thousands of viewers stunned.

During his performance, d4vd attempted a daring backflip. Unfortunately, he didn’t stick the landing and crashed onto the stage, writhing in pain. The crowd gasped at the unexpected moment, but the singer paused briefly before standing up. He continued with the rest of his set, displaying remarkable grit and earning loud cheers from the audience.

The incident quickly spread online, with clips of the fall going viral. Fans praised his determination. One wrote, “Props to you for turning a negative into a positive!” Another said, “He kept singing like nothing happened props!” A concerned user added, “Please check for a concussion.”

d4vd’s Lighthearted Take

d4vd, born David Anthony Burke, didn’t let the mishap dim his spirit. He posted a meme of a thoughtful dog on social media, captioning it, “Humiliation ritual complete… see u next week Coachella I love u.” Later, he shared a video practising backflips, writing, “Training for the next one,” with laughing emojis.
