Cristiano Ronaldo went viral on Saturday when he responded to a kid who told him Lionel Messi is a better player.
The incident happened in Friday’s win over Al Baten at Al Nassr. As Ronaldo was heading to the dressing room after the 3-1 win, one boy shouted: “Messi is much better.”
The Portuguese star appeared to ignore the boy, kept his posture calm and composed and just ranted about the game, and retorted, “It was an easy game,”
Some media reported that CR7 hit the kid and asked him to meet Messi, but that is untrue.
Al Nassr host Al Baten and the visitors took an early lead. However, Rudi Garcia’s side completed the comeback thanks to three goals in the 93rd, 112th and 114th minutes.
With Ronaldo’s side a minute behind, the fourth official signaled 12 minutes, leading many to believe a foul had been committed. However, due to the game’s complexity, Ronaldo could not score and was left angry. He wants to dominate opponents, not hang around and score threes.
