A court in Islamabad has scheduled June 24 to indict Fawad Chaudhry, former PTI leader, on charges of threatening election commission officials.
Tahir Abbas Sipra, the Islamabad Additional District and Sessions Judge, presided over the case.
Chaudhry was given a copy of the case particulars, and the court has mandated his presence at the upcoming hearing.
Appearing in court, the former federal minister was supplied a copy of the case file as directed by the court.
Chaudhry is facing accusations of intimidating the chief election commissioner and other officials from the Election Commission of Pakistan.
