Registrar of Special courts, Abdul Ghani Somro adjourned the case hearing of the Musharraf treason case till October 29 today on the request of prosecutor Akram Sheikh without any proceedings.
Akram Sheikh maintained that he was unable to prepare for the case in the wake of his wife’s demise and he needs more time to prepare his arguments.
The court was to hear the petition for bringing people involved in Musharraf treason case under interrogation.
On March 31, 2014 Musharraf was charged with high treason for implementing emergency rule and suspending the constitution in 2007.
