COAS, PM condemn Saudi suicide attack

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and condemned suicide bombings in Saudi Arabia.

Army Chief General Raheel Sharif expressed his heart in a telephonic conversation with Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Crown Prince and Defence Minister Muhammad Bin Salman and denounced the blasts on the sacred land.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Sharif expressed sympathies to the affected families, saying, “We are with our Saudi brothers in this war against terrorism.”

PM Sharif was of the view that the government and people of Pakistan are heartbroken at the gross terrorism at the holy land, adding, “We stand by our Saudi brothers in this moment of grief and sorrow.”

Nawaz Sharif underscored the need for the Muslim Ummah to stand united at this critical juncture, adding Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its manifestations.
