The Met Office on Friday forecast cloudy to partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain/drizzle in during the next 24 hours.
An official of the Met Office said that the maximum temperature is expected to remain between 31 to 33 degrees Centigrade during the period.
He said that the maximum temperature recorded in the city on Friday was 31 degrees Centigrade. The minimum temperature was 27.5 degrees Centigrade.
Humidity in the morning was 82 percent whereas it was 79 percent in the evening. (APP)
