Pakistan mourns the loss of Chef Zakir Qureshi, a beloved culinary figure, who passed away in Karachi on April 21, 2025, at age 57 due to kidney disease. Known for his vibrant TV presence and accessible recipes, he leaves behind a lasting legacy.

Family sources revealed Chef Zakir had been undergoing dialysis in the United States. Deemed untreatable, he returned to Pakistan a month ago to spend his final days at home.
