Interior Minister Chaudry Nisar Ali Khan has called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the PM house in Islamabad to discuss issues related to national security.
It is surmised that he will also apprise him of his recent visit to the UK.
Sources said the interior minister informed the prime minister about the developments made so far in UK into the murder case of MQM leader Dr Imran Farooq and money laundering case.
The sources further said during the meeting Nisar Ali Khan briefed prime minister about his meetings with the British officials.
