Charlie Woods, the 15-year-old son of golf legend Tiger Woods, stunned onlookers with a hole-in-one at the PNC Championship in Orlando. His shot on the 176-yard, par-three fourth hole briefly propelled him and his father into the lead in the 36-hole, two-player scramble event.
Tiger Woods responded to his son’s impressive feat with a warm hug and playful shove, making for a viral celebration. “It was a perfect seven-iron; I just swung it,” Charlie told Golf Channel. “It was awesome! I didn’t think it went in.” Tiger called the moment “unbelievable,” especially since it came right after Charlie’s first eagle on the prior hole.
