CD Projekt Red has announced Update 2.2 for the acclaimed sci-fi RPG Cyberpunk 2077. The studio has confirmed that this update will not include PlayStation 5 Pro support or a New Game+ mode.
Details about Update 2.2’s new features will be shared in a live stream on CD Projekt’s Twitch and YouTube channels. The broadcast is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, at 5 PM CET (9:30 PM IST).
Following the substantial Update 2.1 in December 2023, which introduced a fully functional metro system, a portable radio for in-game stations, and new social and vehicular additions, Update 2.2 promises to bring further enhancements. Although it won’t support PS5 Pro or include New Game+, Marcin Momot, CD Projekt’s global community director, teased on X (formerly Twitter) that “other cool stuff” is in preparation and will be discussed during the upcoming stream.
