Alex Fine, Cassie Ventura’s husband, has publicly denounced abusers in response to distressing footage showing Sean “Diddy” Combs assaulting Ventura in 2016 in a hotel hallway.
Fine, who married Ventura in 2019, posted a heartfelt message on Instagram condemning violence against women.
Fine emphasized, “Men who hit women aren’t men. Men who protect such individuals aren’t men either.” He urged men to hold their peers accountable, aiming to protect women and children from violence. He stressed the reality of survivors’ stories and the need for their recognition and belief.
He expressed regret that women and children face such threats, highlighting his hope for a safer world for his daughters, Frankie and Sunny.

The footage, corroborating Ventura’s abuse claims, shows Combs attacking her in a Los Angeles hotel. This video supports allegations made in Ventura’s recent lawsuit, which was settled confidentially. Fine’s strong words followed the footage’s release, intensifying scrutiny on Combs, who has not yet responded to these claims.
