At least one person was killed when a fire erupted at a factory in Karachi’s SITE area earlier today, with firefighters trying their level best to extinguish the blaze.
Rescue sources confirmed the death of one person in the blaze.
At least seven fire tenders had reached the location, close to Ghani Chowrangi in SITE area, and were being used to douse the blaze on the lower floors of the structure.
According to media reports, several people were still trapped on the fourth floor of the building.
