Bilawal congratulates party for victory in PS-127 by-election

Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has congratulated party workers and leaders for victory in PS-127 by-elections.

In a statement here Friday Bilawal Bhutto said, ““People of Karachi have proved that they are truly democracy-loving. Whenever given free, fair and secure environment, they have preferred PPP in large numbers over other parties,”

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated in his message of congratulation to Ghulam Murtaza Baloch, PPP candidate who won by-elections from PS-127, Malir Karachi yesterday.

He went on to say the people of Karachi have proved that they are pro-democracy, adding that PPP emerged victorious for providing protection to the citizens.

PPP chairman directed party leaders for door-to-door visit in the constituency to thanks the people for victory.

According to unofficial results, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP)’s candidate Ghulam Murtaza Baloch clinched the PS-127 seat of Sindh Assembly, Karachi, in a crucial by-elections held in the city on Thursday. MQM’s Waseem Ahmed remained the runner-up.
