Zimbabwe, replying to Bangladesh’s first innings total of 433, were bowled out for 368 before lunch on the fourth day of the second Test in Khulna on Thursday.
The tourists, who resumed at 331-5, lost their last five wickets quickly to hand Bangladesh a lead of 65 runs.
The hosts Bangladesh are 1-0 up in the three-match series after winning the first Test in Dhaka by three wickets.
