Australia won the toss and elected to bat first against Pakistan in the first One Day International (ODI) at Sharjah today (Tuesday).
Since 2009 Australia have won three series in a row.
On Sunday, Australia beat Pakistan by six wickets to win the one-off Twenty20 international in Dubai.
Pakistan has included left-arm spinner Zulfiqar Babar to strengthen the spin attack in the absence of Saeed Ajmal. This would be one-day debut of Babar.
