Aubrey O’Day has publicly celebrated the police raid on Sean Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles.
The Danity Kane star, who once worked closely with Combs, known as P Diddy, expressed her satisfaction as the rapper faces a sex trafficking probe.
During the March 25 raids, Homeland Security detained two individuals, including Combs’ sons, Justin and King. Despite the turmoil, Combs was seen at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, not at the raided properties.
O’Day took to Instagram, reflecting on the principle of karma: “What you sow, you shall reap. I pray this encourages all of US victims to finally speak on what we have endured.”
Having gained fame through the reality TV show Making the Band 3, where Combs was both a mentor and producer, O’Day’s insights into Combs’ character are grounded in her personal experiences.
Curtis Jackson III, known as 50 Cent, also chimed in on the developments, highlighting the seriousness of the situation with, “S**t just got real.”
The reason behind the raids appears linked to a lawsuit filed by Combs’ ex, Cassandra Ventura, accusing him of rape, physical abuse, and trafficking, which was settled quietly in November 2023.
The scope of the investigation into Combs includes allegations from four women over 15 years, covering physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
Homeland Security Investigations spokesperson informed TMZ, “Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation… We will provide further information as it becomes available.”
