The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) earlier today again issued arrest warrants for Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief and other leaders Dr Farooq Satttar, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Khawaja Izhar and others in a ‘provocative speech’ case.
The ATC was hearing case pertaining to facilitating in provocative speech. The court again issued the arrest warrants for the MQM leaders and directed police to arrest the accused and present before the court on February 16.
The cases about facilitating in provocative speeches are lodged against the MQM leaders at Malir city police station.
