An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Gilgit-Baltistan has declared the Mir Shakil ur Rehman (owner of Geo and Jang group), a proclaimed offender and ordered for the confiscation of his assets.
According to sources, the ATC court (Gilgit) had repeatedly summoned Mir Shakil but in vain.
The ATC while hearing a case against Mir Shakil ur Rehman, declared him ‘wanted’ and ordered the Commissioner Rawalpindi and the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad for the forfeiture of his property.
