A Karachi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has allowed senior Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader, Amir Khan, to leave the country for Hajj pilgrimage.
According to reports, the ATC on a plea of Amir Khan to allow him to leave the country has directed Federal Interior Ministry and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to takeoff name from the Exit Control List (ECL) to allow him perform Hajj.
Besides, the court directed Amir Khan to submit security bonds of Rs.2 million as surety to come back.
