Imran Khan informed his workers that the federal government asked COAS to intervene in the matter.

Imran Khan also alleged that the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) of distributing  money in media through Intelligence Bureau (IB).

Imran Khan also announced that “If he does not resign by afternoon, the sit-in will go on, if he does, we will celebrate”
