Apple will unveil the iPhone 16 series on September 10. This launch will also feature new models of the Apple Watch and AirPods.
According to Bloomberg, the event is expected to introduce enhancements across these devices, with the iPhone 16 series succeeding last year’s iPhone 15 lineup.
The upcoming iPhone models, including the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max, are rumoured to hit stores later in the month. Additionally, these smartphones may feature a new ‘capture’ button for quick photo taking. At the same time, the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max could offer upgraded ultra-wide-angle cameras, larger displays by 0.2 inches, and bigger batteries.
While upgrades to Apple’s AI features were previously reserved for the iPhone 15 Pro models, the new iPhone 16 series might extend these enhancements across all four models. This includes a revamped version of Siri and new on-device AI technology, potentially boosting Apple’s smartphone sales.

Furthermore, Bloomberg notes that the launch event will introduce two new AirPods models, including a budget version and a midrange option with active noise cancellation. However, the high-end AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) is not expected to be updated.
Meanwhile, the Apple Watch Series 10 is anticipated to feature a larger display and a slimmer design than its predecessors. These introductions aim to expand Apple’s lineup with advanced features and improved user experience.
