On Thursday, the father Umar Akmal of the cricketer met with D.I.G Investigation and CTO in lahore and informed that Umar could not appear before them as he is out of country for Asia Cup. His father made an unconditional apology to the traffic warden over improper behavior of his son, which was accepted.
The cricketer allegedly assaulted a traffic warden in Lahore on February 1.
