Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown reignited speculation about his past relationship with R&B singer Keyshia Cole by sharing private messages between them on social media.
On 15th February, Brown posted a screenshot of an alleged conversation with Cole on X (formerly Twitter). The screenshot included a romantic photo of Cole with his initials, “AB,” tattooed on her lower back.
The leaked messages suggested that Cole still had feelings for Brown, with one text reading, “I f**king love you. And I ain’t hiding it. So what. I don’t care who knows.”
Brown and Cole initially sparked romance rumours in 2022 with their musical collaboration, accompanied by flirtatious exchanges and cryptic posts. While both have since moved on—Cole is now dating rapper Hunxho, and Brown is involved with influencer Woah Vicky—the resurfaced messages reignited public interest in their past relationship.
Brown’s decision to share private conversations drew immediate backlash, with many criticizing it as an invasion of privacy and disrespectful to Cole. The incident highlights concerns about the blurred lines between public and private life in the age of social media.
In response, Hunxho subtly addressed the situation by posting a screenshot of a FaceTime call with Cole, signalling that their relationship remains strong despite the controversy. While he has previously faced scrutiny over their age difference, Hunxho has defended their bond firmly.
