Controversial social media personality Andrew Tate is facing new allegations of sexual violence from girlfriend Bri Stern, who has filed a police report alleging that Tate choked her until she was nearly unconscious during an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel earlier this month.
According to sources close to the situation, Stern reported that the assault occurred on the night of March 11 while they were engaged in what began as consensual activity. The situation escalated rapidly when Tate allegedly began choking her against her wishes.
Despite Stern’s pleas for Tate to stop, she claims he became increasingly aggressive. She reported feeling as though she was fading into unconsciousness and feared for her life. The assault reportedly concluded only after Tate finished and fell asleep, allowing Stern to escape to the bathroom to document her injuries.

The outlet also published images showing bruises on Stern’s face, allegedly from the assault, and screenshots of text messages where Tate reportedly admits to “beating” her. These pieces of evidence could be crucial if the case progresses legally.
Tate’s History of Legal Issues
Tate, a former kickboxer turned influencer, has been embroiled in legal controversies. Along with his brother Tristan Tate, he faces charges in Romania related to organized crime, human trafficking, and rape. Although not convicted, these cases continue to cloud his public image.

Stern and Tate reportedly began dating in June of the previous year after meeting in Romania during a modelling job. Stern claims that Tate was verbally abusive and controlling throughout their relationship, with the March 11 incident marking the first instance of physical assault. She also alleges that Tate pressured her to create content for OnlyFans, attempting to exploit her for profit.
