Amber Heard, the renowned Hollywood actor and model, was the most Googled celebrity on Google in 2022.
A survey study by CelebTattler revealed that Amber Heard had an average monthly search volume of 5.6 million. Johnny Depp, her ex-husband, ranked second on the list with 5.5 million.
The “Aquaman” actor topped Google’s search results for celebrities, presumably due to her $50 million defamation trial against the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor, which the latter won.
According to CelebTattler’s interview with the New York Times, many concerning celebrities transpired this year.
“This year has been chock-full of celebrity news stories, from Elon Musk taking over Twitter to the ‘Don’t Worry, Darling’ behind-the-scenes drama,” their spokesperson said. “After Johnny Depp, the late British monarch Queen Elizabeth II came in at number three.
“The longest-reigning British king died in September at the age of 96. She generated around 4,300,000 Google searches every month.
Tom Brady’s divorce from ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, a supermodel, placed him in fourth place.
Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s relationship and tumultuous feud with Kanye West made them the fifth most-talked-about celebrity couple.
