The official cause of death for KISS guitarist Ace Frehley has been confirmed by medical authorities. The legendary musician died from blunt force injuries sustained during a fall earlier this year.
The Morris County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the death accidental. Frehley passed away peacefully on October 16 in Morristown, New Jersey, surrounded by family members.
