The Sindh Home Department today imposed a ban on pillion riding for three days from January 20 to January 23.
A notification was issued in Karachi to this effect.
The ban came a few hours after an ASI who was protecting polio workers, was gunned down in Orangi Town.
Karachi police chief Ghulam Qadir Thebo requested the Home Department to ban pillion riding for three days to facilitate the three-day Polio vaccination drive.
