In what is being described as a major development, three senior Kashmiri leaders earlier today joined a new coalition forum led by veteran Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Geelani in Indian-Occupied Kashmir.

“Nayeem Ahmad Khan, Shabir Ahmad Shah and Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi join Hurriyat conference led by Syed Ali Geelani,” said a statement by the Geelani-led Hurriyat Conference.

According to a report by the Kashmir Media Service, the three leaders made the decision during a meeting with Syed Ali Geelani at his residence in Hyderpora.

Geelani warmly welcomed the senior leaders in the Hurriyat forum, said the report.
