Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday revoked stay order of BOL television channel owned by Axact.
A two-member bench in its verdict over issuance of security clearance to BOL Tv channel the court asked four directors Shoaib Sheikh, Waqas Atiq, Sarwat Bashir and Aisha Sheikh to obtain fresh security clearance.
Axact acquired Tv licence under the licence issued to Labbaik Tv in 2013 and the Ministry of Interior had not given security clearance to the directors.
Shoaib Sheikh, later on challenged the ministry’s decision and got court’s stay over security clearance.
