Opposition leader Syed Khursheed Shah yesterday, expressed concerns over absence of Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali during North Waziristan military offensive.
Speaking to media persons outside the Parliament House, Shah feared that there could be a backlash of the military operation. Under these circumstances, absence of Chaudhry Nisar Ali is a matter of serious concern, he commented.
“Chaudhry Nisar is keeping a key portfolio, his absence leaves a question mark on the government,” he said.
“I have no idea what is going on within the ruling party at a time when Pakistan is passing through a critical phase,” he opined.
