An anti-terrorism court of Islamabad earlier today turned down the bail plea of Moazzam Ali Khan, a key accused in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
Following the dismissal of his bail from ATC, Moazzam Ali Khan moved his application to Islamabad High Court.
Dr Imran Farooq was murdered in a knife and brick attack near his residence in London on September 16, 2010.
Mohsin Ali Syed, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali are accused in the case.
According to the challan, Mohsin Ali Syed is the key culprit while, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali are his facilitators.
