A girl was injured when unknown gunmen opened fire on a college van in Charsadda district in the outskirts of Peshawar earlier today (Friday).
As per initial details, the attackers targeted driver Ali Khan over personal enmity but the girl was shot in the hand when they opened indiscriminate fire in Mani Khel area.
The injured student has been shifted to District Headquarters Hospital Charsada.
Law enforcement personnel are investigating the incident.
