Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed has called upon the international community to play its proactive role in stopping the genocide of Kashmiris by Indian forces in the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Talking to various public delegations that called on him earlier this week, he said that India is committing gross human rights violations in the territory. He said that leading rights organisations including Amnesty International in their latest reports expressed grave concern over the deteriorating human rights situation in Indian-administered Kashmir which is an eye opener for the peace loving countries of the world.
AJK Premier strongly condemned the illegal detention of Hurriyat leaders, arbitrary arrest of Kashmiri youth and desecration of holy places by Indian forces in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that India could not suppress the indigenous Kashmir freedom movement by its nefarious designs.
