Virginia Giuffre, who is known for accusing Prince Andrew of sexual assault in the Jeffrey Epstein case, suffered a serious accident in Australia.
On March 31, 2025, a 41-year-old woman shared on Instagram that “they’ve given me four days to live.” She revealed that she is suffering from kidney and renal failure following a tragic accident in which a school bus collided with her car. Bruised and battered, she is currently in a specialized urology hospital, desperate to see her three children one last time.
Giuffre stated that a bus, reportedly speeding at 68 mph (110 km/h), collided with her slowing vehicle while making a turn. She did not specify when or where the incident occurred but cautioned, “Your car’s a tin can against that.”
Her candid post concluded with, “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies,” and a straightforward comment about wishes: “You can wish in one hand and spit in the other—it’s still spit.” She expressed gratitude to her supporters for enriching her life.

Her spokesman, Dini von Mueffling, told CNN, “Virginia is in serious condition and receiving hospital care. She appreciates the support.” Giuffre made headlines in the past when she accused Epstein of trafficking her at the age of 17, implicating Prince Andrew. Although he denied the allegations, a lawsuit was settled out of court in 2022. Now, this crash shifts her narrative from one of seeking justice to one of survival.
