Garhwal Divisional Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey stated, “Relief and rescue teams were rushed to the site,” with the injured receiving urgent medical care, per NDTV. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, with local images showing a mangled wreckage and blood-stained seats, per Hindustan Times.
