The US Central Command leader, Gen Lloyd Austin, has praised Pakistan army’s committed fight against terrorism, as he held one-on-one talks with Army Chief General Raheel Sharif.
According to Director General ISPR, Major Gen. Asim Bajwa, the talks, held at Centcom Headquarters Tampa Florida, focused on regional security and stability.
The Centcom commander paid tributes to Pakistan Army for its commitment, professionalism and achievement in fight against terror, Bajwa said.
The U.S. general also expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation.
