The Government of Punjab has launched the Uraan Card Program to support young people seeking employment abroad. The initiative provides interest-free financial assistance to cover essential pre-departure costs.
Under the program, eligible candidates can receive funding for visa fees, medical examinations, airfare, and other mandatory expenses. Officials said the scheme will support up to 100,000 applicants who already hold verified job offers from overseas employers.
